Floating Holidays

No Residential Wireman or Residential Apprentice shall be penalized for electing to take any of the Elective days off upon giving a five-day notice. | |
| Two (2) additional days each year shall be selected by mutual agreement as designated "Off Days." Designated Off Days shall be paid at time and one-half the straight time rate. Selection of Off Days will be coordinated with other Holidays to make four-day weekends or align with Holidays with other Building Trades. | The four mutually agreed to floating holidays, established in the Inside Agreement, will also fall into this elective holiday schedule. Not more than fifty percent (50%) of the Employees in any shop or any job shall be granted time off on the floating holidays unless agreed to by the Employer. | |
| Any of the above designated Holidays occurring on Sunday shall be observed on the following Monday.
